General Policy
All BASN products are eligible for a 12-month warranty but are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement within the warranty period, as refunds are not offered.

Custom-Fit Items
Due to the personalized manufacturing process, refunds are not available for custom-fit items purchased through basnaudio.com. Please keep in mind that the shape of your ear canal may change over time due to growth or aging, which may require your custom-fit product to be re-made after 2-3 years from the manufacturing date.

Refit for Custom-Fit Items
If you experience poor fitment with your custom-fit item, we accept refit claims within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the refit process, please reach out to us at basnaudio@outlook.com.

This is one of the absolute best purchases so far that I have made. The sound Is Crystal clear, And everything just is seamless. The packaging that it came in amazing, the options of chords and earpieces are top notch. I would highly recommend definitely worth the price.

Very nice for the price

In the realm of IEMs, these are cheap. So you might be wondering what the quality could be like if these are regarded as cheap?

The dual dynamic driver might indicate possibly intense bass, but it's rather neutral. Unlike my other attempt at buying cheap IEMs, the highs are also decently tuned, though these are little bit muted than you might expect from high end audio. But it's not crushed. Because they don't have active elements, tuning will depend on the device they're connected to, but they do take tuning pretty well, so you can customize your listening experience thanks to the fairly neutral out of the box tuning and the dynamics the drivers are capable of.

I've found them good for both instrument use as well as just general music listening.

I would easily recommend these to anyone.

Wow, for the price, the sound quality is fantastic!!

As a drummer over the last 50 years, I’ve had the cheapest to expensive headphones and earbuds. My Sure’s were mistakenly murdered by our cleaning lady’s vacuum cleaner. Still don’t quite know how that happened. I thought I would investigate a replacement. I studied different reviews over a two to three week period and narrowed in down to 2 or 3 models. These were $95 bucks on Amazon. They sound fantastic! Excellent clean and crisp cymbals and punchy low end Bass and bass drum. Don’t know how durable they will be? Now and not a game changer, but something Very annoying…the Left and Right markings on the two different cords, one to plug into your cell phone or iPad/ Tablet and the other which is clear silicon, for recording and live, plus the buds themselves are very difficult to see. I had to use a magnifying glass with a light. Please see picture, there is a little red dot and a little blue dot. Well…Red means Right and Blue means Left. There was NO mention in the instruction manual about this:(. They could have changed the Blue for Purple and called it Lavender…Left:). Anyway, once this was all figured out, I’m really loving these. Time will tell how they hold up, but for the quality and price, you can’t go wrong.
