All BASN products are eligible for a 12-month warranty but are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement within the warranty period, as refunds are not offered.
Custom-Fit Items
Due to the personalized manufacturing process, refunds are not available for custom-fit items purchased through basnaudio.com. Please keep in mind that the shape of your ear canal may change over time due to growth or aging, which may require your custom-fit product to be re-made after 2-3 years from the manufacturing date.
Refit for Custom-Fit Items
If you experience poor fitment with your custom-fit item, we accept refit claims within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the refit process, please reach out to us at basnaudio@outlook.com.

What it is: Black 5 driver in ear monitors with silver accents: Includes aluminum storage case, black TPU leather travel pouch, 1/8” to 1/4” stereo adapter, 2 5’ 3.5mm (1/8”) MMCX cables (1 for stereo, 1 for connecting to mobile devices with built in volume and call button and right angle plug), instructions, cleaning tool, plug removal tool, 12 pair of various size/style in ear tips (9 pair of silicone, 3 pair of noise isolating memory foam).
Why I like it: This is a very comprehensive IEM kit, starting from the packaging (foam lined presentation box), to all of the included components. As a pro musician (trumpet), I’ve been using Westone AM Pro 20 units. They are efficient, provide great clarity and response, provide a bit of ambient sound pass through for a more live sound, and allow me to further dial in the level of isolation and frequency response with different styles of silicone tips. The BASN Bmaster 5’s allow me to level this up with a wider frequency response (5 drivers vs 2), ambient vs isolated monitoring with either silicone or memory foam tips, 2 styles of MMCX cables. The only downside is that they are a bit bulkier than the AM Pro 20s due to the additional drivers. They may stick out from your ears more than other designs depending on your ear shape. They also take a bit more power to drive—mixers and receiver packs will be just fine, but you may need a headphone pre amp to get a higher quality sound when using a mobile device (you’ll be glad you did!). They are a bit more stylish than other designs. I ordered the black units, and they have a Smokey black chrome finish with a subtle logo and little shapes and skulls on the outer face. Overall, an outstanding monitor set with an extensive list of included accessories!

Very good bass and quality is top notch from this company. These sound so good with foam tips and I’m just loving the bass. Really good iems and I love using them while gaming. Love the hard case and the 2 different cables as well.

Everything about these IEMs scream of quality, from the packaging, to the generous accessories, to the hard case, and to the actual IEMs themselves. I had never heard of this brand and found them on Amazon by chance. The specs were excellent and although these IEMS aren’t cheap, I feel they are worth every cent. Among the mountain of included accessories, you get a wide variety of silicon tips, a 1/4 Jack adapter, and a spare cable, one with mic, one without. And the sound? They sound fantastic! I’ve decided that I will try mixing with these as the sound quality is that good. Do yourself a favor and at least try them. I don’t think you’ll regret it.
