All BASN products are eligible for a 12-month warranty but are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement within the warranty period, as refunds are not offered.
Custom-Fit Items
Due to the personalized manufacturing process, refunds are not available for custom-fit items purchased through basnaudio.com. Please keep in mind that the shape of your ear canal may change over time due to growth or aging, which may require your custom-fit product to be re-made after 2-3 years from the manufacturing date.
Refit for Custom-Fit Items
If you experience poor fitment with your custom-fit item, we accept refit claims within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the refit process, please reach out to us at basnaudio@outlook.com.

This IEM set is the complete package for anyone that wants to dip into higher sound quality in-ear monitors. The aluminum box that's included holds 12 sets of ear tips, two cables (one with a mic and volume button, the other is plain and no mic), a cable clip, a 1/4 inch adapter, and a cleaning tool. The ear tips come in various sizes, and one set are foam tips, so that really helps out in a getting a foot in the ear canals. The monitors themselves have 4 balanced armatures and 1 dynamic driver. The connection to the wires use MMCX, which some prefer as they can swivel on the connection unlike 2-pin connectors. They sound very good with nice bass response and clear vocals. They are a much better sound than most budget earphones and a good upgrade over stock earphones. The drivers themselves are on the larger size as well as large nozzles, but they are smooth and have an ergonomic curve to fit on the ears.

These are top quality earphones for professional use. These are in-ear phones like you’ve seen the pros use on stage. They come with the special MMCX connector. There are two different types of braided connector wires, heavy or light. These fit right into the ear to filter out extraneous noise, like other instruments, loud amps, playback, or loud audiences. The sound is amazing. It comes with a carrying case which is very cool, and is important to keep your high-quality earphones protected. There are separate tools to help keep these professional quality earphones at top performance level.
