Returns Policy

General Policy
All BASN products are eligible for a 12-month warranty but are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement within the warranty period, as refunds are not offered.

Custom-Fit Items
Due to the personalized manufacturing process, refunds are not available for custom-fit items purchased through basnaudio.com. Please keep in mind that the shape of your ear canal may change over time due to growth or aging, which may require your custom-fit product to be re-made after 2-3 years from the manufacturing date.

Refit for Custom-Fit Items
If you experience poor fitment with your custom-fit item, we accept refit claims within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the refit process, please reach out to us at basnaudio@outlook.com.

Shipping

Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. For made-to-order products, such as custom-logo earphones, additional time is required for manufacturing. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping Options
BASN offers various shipping methods for customers to choose from, depending on speed and tracking needs. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected.

International Shipping
We ship globally to most countries, though restrictions may apply to certain products and regions. Our standard international shipping is via USPS First Class International, which does not offer tracking and has a flexible delivery period. Typical delivery time for this service is 2-4 weeks, though times vary by destination and may take longer in some cases.

For a quicker and trackable option, we recommend using FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail (additional shipping fees apply). Our international shipping methods and estimated delivery times include:

• USPS First Class International: 2-4 weeks; tracking unavailable.
• USPS Priority Mail International: 6-12 business days; limited tracking availability.
• USPS Express Mail International (EMS): 3-5 business days; tracking available.
• FedEx International Priority: Typically 1-3 business days.

Responsibility and Address Accuracy
For orders shipped by methods without tracking, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility upon shipment. Please ensure your address is accurate in our system to avoid delivery issues.
